Cambodia for Culture & History
Ankor Wat -  One of my favourites.  Ensure you have plenty of time as theres not just Ankor Wat, theres plenty of other temples, many just as fabulous including where Tomb Raider with Angelina Jolie was filmed.

Italy & France
.A weekend in Venice, The Colosseum in rome, The Vatican to Lake Garda and the South.  Italy packs a big punch.  No cappuccinos after 10am though. The locals will tell tell you off!

Rugby World Cup in Paris or the Olympics, Skiing or people watching in St Tropez.  You can't go wrong with France & the bread is to die for.

South Africa
I spent 40 days in South Africa for my 40th.  I travelled along the garden route in a camper van.  It was a huge highlight in my travels.  Safaris in Botswana, Vic Falls to Whale watching.  And then throw in the wine and the very reasonable exchange its a winner of a destination.
